While Brian is relatively new to the Real Estate game, he has the personality and skill set needed to keep both buyers and sellers satisfied and comfortable with the process. I have been involved in Real Estate dealings for over 15 years, and have dealt with many Realtors in that time as buyer, seller or landlord. I have encountered more than my fair share of "used car" salespeople in this industry. Brian's no-nonsense/common sense approach is just what we need to see more of in this business. making a client at ease should not mean coddling them or telling them what they want to hear. Brian is straight forward, truthful and has the resources to call on to answer questions, make repairs or research inspections and codes. He is not afraid or embarrassed to ask for help from other professionals to assist in the sales process, and that shows not only initiative, but great management skills.
